Jason had been approaching this barge for over and hour and just as he got along side, the tug operator decided it was time to move the barge. Jason got around him with almost no room to spare and the tug operator actually called the Coast Guard to 'Come clear these damn sailboats out of the way!' two cutters with machineguns showed up, but they didn't hassle Jason.
