About 2 miles in, we saw this facility up on the bank that was about the size of a house. It was discharging into the river from 2 of these things I think are used for aeration. After this, and for the next couple of miles, there was a lot of foam dispersed across the river. Any connection to the lack of mammals on this section of the river? I hope not.
