I was searching for a good design to build at boat shows - minimal cost and rapid construction. One of my test builds was a Bolger Teal. While the boat is an EXCELLENT design, it did not fit my criteria, so I offered it up to anyone who would finish it out. Pat rose to the challenge and turned what was essentially a canoe hull into a frigging wonderful work of art.

Today was the day to stop futzing and start sailing, so I notified the Coots of a launch and Pat brought the boat to Salem.
