Lo and behold - it was one of the OYCC boats. There were 4 of our boats - Keely and I in one, John and the OYCC director in another, Terry and his little girl in the third, and this couple in the forth. When asked what happened, they said 'One second I was looking around, paddling - and the next I was under the canoe.'
