The guys really liked this scene. There is a Great Blue Heron on that log, and it is shaped pretty much like the branch next to it. In addition to the many herons, we also saw Osprey fishing, crows, red tailed hawks, and were constantly serenaded by Veery thrushes and other forest birds.
