Made from fine Oregon Pine, this hotel was designed Mary Coltar (same person who designed the Desert View seen earlier) in 1905 for restauranture called Harvey. He had the Santa Fe Railroad make a stop by the canyon as part of the route to California. Genius. We had breakfast, and I couldn't resist having a Canyon Cooler, even though it was 10:30 in the morning.
